Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology attended the third plenary meeting of the Sino-Russian Culture and Art University Alliance

On June 8,2023, the 3rd Plenary Meeting of the Sino-Russian Culture and Art University Alliance and the China-Russia Culture and Art Exchange Week was held in Henan Normal University. LiaoningInstitute of Science and Technology was invited to attend the conference for the first time. Luo Xudong, vice president ofLIST, Chen Li, director of the Office of Cooperation AndDevelopment International Education, and Li Chunyan, Party Secretary of the School of Humanities and Arts attended the conference. The conference is hosted by the Secretariat of Sino-Russian Culture and Art University Alliance (Beijing Language and Culture University) and organized by Henan Normal University. The theme of the conference is "New Era, New Opportunities, New Development- -Opening a new chapter of Cooperation between Sino-Russian Culture and Art Universities".

Cao Jifeng, Deputy Director of the Center for Sino-Foreign Cultural Exchange of the Ministry of Education, Diao Yuhua, Deputy Director of the Department of Education of Henan Province, President of Moscow State Cultural Institute Е.
