On October 11, the 2024 "Maple Leaf Fitness" Cup Liaoning University Students' "Internet+Children · Life · Environment" Creative Project Competition provincial finals ended successfully. Our school's contestants have achieved excellent results with 6 first prizes, 11 second prizes, and 14 third prizes.
This competition aims to encourage contestants to apply new generation information technologies such as mobile Internet, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, 5G and so on to deeply integrate with various fields of "children, life and environment", give play to their innovative ability, design new programs, new products, new works, and new activities, so as to promote the sustainable development of children's education and environment. Our school has a total of 113 participants, with 51 groups of contestants participating in this competition. Our school has won 6 first prizes, 11 second prizes, and 14 third prizes in this competition, demonstrating the excellent strength of our students in the fields of preschool education activity design, product innovation, environmental design, etc. Compared to the competition results in 2023, a qualitative leap has been achieved.
The award of this competition is not only a recognition of the innovation ability of teachers and students at Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology, but also a recognition of our school's efforts in various fields of preschool education construction. In the future, Liaoning Institute of Science and Technology will conduct in-depth analysis of the successful experience of award-winning projects, extract replicable and promotable excellent practices, and promote them throughout the university. We will strengthen communication and cooperation with other universities and research institutions, jointly explore new research directions and competition strategies, continuously improve our university's research strength and competition level, actively promote the development of related fields, and contribute to the cultivation of more high-quality talents with innovative spirit and practical ability.
