On August 9th, 2024, the final results of the "Challenge Cup" Liaoning Province College Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition were announced. After layers of selection in the school competition, provincial preliminary and final rounds, our university won 1 provincial gold award, 6 silver awards, and 12 bronze awards in this competition.
Since the announcement on November 29, 2023, a total of 153 entries have participated in this competition. After school competition selection, 25 entries have been recommended to participate in the provincial competition. The provincial competition will be held from June 28th to 29th at Shenyang University of Chemical Technology. Our school's finalists were well prepared and worked steadily, ultimately winning the provincial competition gold medal for the project of "Silencing - Development of a New Type of Metamaterial Muffler".
By participating in this competition, students have improved their ability to pay attention to social livelihood and solve social problems, strengthened their sense of ownership, stimulated their interest in innovation and entrepreneurship, guided college students to establish innovative spirit, cultivate entrepreneurial awareness, enhance entrepreneurial ability, and motivated more college students to root in Liaoning and serve their hometowns, playing a positive role in cultivating applied talents with innovative spirit.
