On June 19th, a group of seven people including Director An Taimin, General Manager Zhao Zhenghe, Vice President of Human Resources Feng Guangyu, and Human Resources Manager Jin Fengyang from Xijie (Shenyang) Biotechnology Co., Ltd. attended the school for an exchange and discussion on promoting the construction of the Industrial College. A brief introduction was made on the history of the school, the situation of school enterprise cooperation, and the outstanding achievements of the school in the integration of industry and education. Li Weimin pointed out that Xijie Enterprise has been cooperating with the school for many years and has always maintained a good atmosphere and trend of cooperation. The development prospects of the Industrial College are broad. I hope that in the next step, schools and enterprises can strengthen the depth of cooperation, empower and connect in both directions. Establish a construction committee to jointly develop specialized textbooks for the integration of professions and industries; Establish a mentorship system for enterprises, allowing outstanding executives and technical personnel to attend on-site lectures; Enhance the role of internship bases and cultivate students' practical hands-on abilities; Enhance the research capabilities of schools and enterprises, and regularly send young teachers from schools to enterprises for research and development.

Currently, many outstanding graduates from the school hold important positions in Xijie Company. He thanks the school for continuously providing excellent talents for the enterprise. At the meeting, An Changwei, Dean of the School of Biomedical and Chemical Engineering, and Feng Guangyu, Vice President of Human Resources at Xijie Enterprise, delivered speeches respectively. It is stated that in the thirteen year cooperation, the two editions of the Xijie class have achieved remarkable results. The school has sent many talents to Xijie, obtained many achievements, and the two sides have also established a deep friendship. I hope to work together in the future to improve the co construction of teaching materials, promote the training of composite talents, and achieve deeper development in a broader field.
